Wheel outcome

So I’ve been using the wheels with the acrylic sheet on the back for about 4 months.
I’ve also been using a wheel with 2 ceiling covers for about 2 months.

So far the wheels are in great shape. No falling apart or anything of the sort. 🙂

Also, I’m going to be making a couple of wheels with some “bounce” to them. 😉

October 5, 2015 Update:

Three months after the original post and the wheels are still in perfect condition.

So that’s about 7 months with the acrylic back.

And about 5 months with the two ceiling covers.

Oh, and I made one off-centered that’s been used for about 3 months now.

No issues with that one either. 🙂

July 12, 2016

It’s been about a year, more for some, since I’ve been using the wheel with the acrylic backing, the wheel with two ceiling covers and the off-centered wheel.

Since then I have made more wheels and a couple treadmills. Some wheels have been using the wall shield as backing.

I haven’t had a single issue with any of the wheels or treadmills.

No falling off, cracking, squeaking or anything.

My conclusion is that it’s perfectly safe to make your own wheel and treadmill if you follow my tutorials and recommendations.
